At this stage of the chapter, it's late introducing new characters but I don't care. The first guy here is named Albert Grundson, a character whose been a father figure to Ethan and brought him up with his craft of gambling for many years.
He'll be seen various times in this story as well as upcoming ones. He's a gaming tycoon, another gambler and has high regards for the kids skills of winning and even had his business saved by Ethan many times in the past so he's indebted to him.
I'm thinking of reusing some of the other people in this place as regulars later on, but as for now this is the first official introduction to Albert.
