GOLDEN SUN: ALCHEMY'S FURY

This story came from my own personal fanfic and is NOT related to the game itself or is an actual sequel but a fan based continuation

The main villain of GS: TLA, Alex stands tall at Mt. Aleph as he receives the power of the Golden Sun. The Guardian of the Sanctum appears and tells Alex he is not all powerful. Alex gets enraged and tests his power against the Wise One who in turn is more powerful. the mountain begins to crumble as Alex is paralyzed to it as it begins to sink. As a last ditch effort Alex teleports and catches the Guardian off guard and begins to merge with him. It's successful as the two merge into one being. But the Wise One being more powerful traps Alex into a paralyzed stone state as well as himself. The merging of the two causes stirs between power as Alex is frozen as a stone statue along with the Wise One. Soon after Alex gets the better of him as he slowly learns to control his new godlike powers even though he cannot move.

Two years passed after as the heroes of the two games go onto their separate paths and lives. That is until Alex who was still encased in stone learned of resurrection the dead and sent forth zombies of past foes that they fought in the GBA games. One by one the cloaked zombies absorbed the elemental powers of each adept as well as their Djinni. All this for the Awakening of Alex who needs great power to be freed of his stone prison. The party (Felix, Garet, Jenna, Ivan, Mia, Isaac, Sheba and Piers) reunites when they discover their powers, Djinni have all been sapped from their bodies. They realize that Alex is the cause of it and set forth in their ship to the forbidden Anemos Dungeon where the ceremony is held.

They arrive too late as Alex is resurrected and begins to cause widespread destruction across the world, as he dries the oceans, rises underwater stone spikes and erupts the volcanoes all across the land. The party slowly gets outmatched as they learn Alex shares powers with a God (The Wise One) and cannot win. Alex turns Garet and Piers to stone. Powerless, Mia, Sheba, and Ivan flee to their ship but unfortunately gets destroyed. They have no choice but to flee on foot. Felix fights bravely but Alex zaps Felix causing him to disappear into nothingness. He disappears leaving only his sword the Terra Brand (The orange and Blue sword) behind to his sister and Isaac. Luckily a towns person finds the duo escorts them out of the dungeon with nothing to do but run with the traumatizing images and experiences of what they went through. Alex begins to lose control as he is far too godlike and powerful to be stopped that he can destroy the planet in a heartbeat. Alex's powers get the better of him as he reverts to his stone self and the last hope to revive the world back to what it was.

Isaac, Jenna, Sheba, Ivan, and Mia reunite in an underground dungeon of Izumo from the GBA game where there forced to do nothing but hide. Townspeople from all over the ravaged world arrive slowly and begin to create an underground sanctuary since the above world is barely livable, forests were burned, and water has evaporated. Together everyone pulls their remaining resources to survive. This closeness brings Isaac and a crestfallen Jenna together that they fall in love. The same applies to Ivan and Sheba as the couples only have each other to be happy with.

20 Years Later

Time passes as Weyard begins to break off its orbit and deteriorates since the elemental stars no longer exist, they no longer can fuel the world and thus the world quickly begins to die. Felix arrives which in reality actually was transported 20 years into the future of the hellish site. He gets ambushed by a red haired warrior who wields Felix's old sword the Terra Brand. This girl is Miyuki daughter of Isaac and Felix's sister Jenna. Felix meets his niece, and Ivan and Sheba's son Skye. The Lemurian girl Toumeya is also part of the trio. Felix learns of a power called Divide that can separate spirits but is difficult to find. He discovers that one of the old dungeons he passed indeed has the power and the 4some band together to acquire it. Felix learns the psynergy Divide and ploys to return to the past to set everything right. He returns to the scene where it all began but runs into the dead corpse of Alex who is nothing but a zombie. Miyuki, Skye and Toumeya fight off Alex's remains and Felix creates a time portal where he returns to the past. At this time the planet begins to fully break off into nothingness. Realizing that this is certain death, Miyuki recklessly jumps into the time portal for the reason of not wanting to die but to live. Skye and Toumeya both agree to that as they join Miyuki.

Back to the present Felix successfully returns and confronts Alex. The three future adepts join him where they fight him off. Felix casts the Psynergy on Alex and seperates the Wise One from his host. Miyuki's emotions get the better of her as she goes overboard on Alex unleashing fire magic that she never even knew herself. At the end her rage gets the better of her as she finally kills him by cutting off his head. Finally released the Wise one restores the planet to normal. Because the three future adepts cannot exist and altered their own time, the Wise One uses his abilities to make it possible for the three to exist in this altered new reality afterward. Felix bids farewell to the three as they enter another time portal where they arrive 20 years later to adapt to their new lives of freedom in Vale.
